Ok well i just ordered a pullet that is cold hardy.. but a rooster that is not.. and the expected delivery is in the fall time.. how am i going to keep him warm..??

Depending on where you are, most "not cold hardy" breeds do fine in a draft-free coop in the winter. You could buy a heat lamp for the guy also. Im in NH and have two "not cold hardy breeds" and they seem fine.
