OH NO! Please tell me this isnt what i think it is!

I had one do that, after close inspection I found a small cut in her vent apparently a piece of grit got in her vent and when she squeezed the egg out it cut her vent and thus there was blood all over the egg.

ETA: it was a small egg

If the egg is larger than normal or its one of her first eggs she will tend to bleed. She will be fine i get double yolkers and big ones all the time with blood on them.
 
One of my hen's just started laying yesterday and her egg had blood smeared on it too , but her egg today was nice and clean!!
