Oh no.... Possible rooster? (AGAIN?!?!)

Hello all! I recently (About 3 weeks ago) received a few started Ameraucana pullets via mail. One of our girls looks as if she could possibly be a boy

Can I get some opinions?
By the way, normal sized feet, still peeping, no tail, about 12 weeks old.

(In this one she/he's on the wire on the brooder so she/he's a bit unstable...)

Posted a new picture please, more opinions! By the way, there has been no crowing, and I though that was weird considering our other rooster was crowing a month before, at 8 weeks.
