Ohhh egg anticipation

Well different breeds lay at different weeks like my orpingtons are 18 weeks but they are later layers my polish are 17 and 15 weeks but they lay earlier then orpingtons so we are having a race lol I have two 17 week old polish that walk around screaming all the time and they both squat then like four of my orpingtons are red faced and squatting so I’m sure it’ll be soon

If they lay their eggs can we eat the first ones? And how can you know who’s laid what? Lol
