OHio ~ Come on Buckeyes, let me know your out there!

Wow, they went fast! I am still trying to coordinate logistics for picking them up, but my friend that lives closer to the rescue has a hectic work schedule and is not sure if he'd be able to pick anything up with his trailer for me. Not giving up hope yet...
They were all so cute that it is no wonder they went so fast. She is getting to keep three of them and I was happy to hear that as her heart was broken with all of her animals leaving her. I felt so bad for her. I am glad that you are still trying to get some of them.

So the owner is keeping the last 3 goats? So all are spoken for?

Not necessarily. There are still 8 goats left I think and we are trying to be gentle about getting them out of there. She wants to keep some but not sure about that
OK, she did contact me last night to let me know that they have a few goats left. Unfortunately, I don't have a permanent shelter set up, as of yet, and this may remove me from consideration...😢. I told her that I can have a temporary setup completed in a few hours, so as to buy me some time to build a permanent one, and I've ordered some cattle panel fencing so I can begin making sure their pasture is predator proof...we shall see.

OK please stay in touch and keep us posted on that. Shes just trying to make sure as the goats do spend most of their time trying to escape. And are usually successful! if you get something in place that is permanent housing, and pasture too that is securely fenced that would be ideal.

I actually pulled my name out of consideration. I am geared most to raising chickens, ducks, turtles, dogs, hehe...and wanted what was best for the goats. Once I get my set up completed, I will venture back into the idea of obtaining some goats and a donkey.
