1. i have a run of the liter duckling, and he sometimes seems weak. Is that okay. He looks fine. Just asking.
2. Okay, where can i get penicillin g for ducks. Just for future use. And how do you inject. Last question, whats the shelf life?

If he's weak, especially since he's at a young age he might have niacin deficiency that could be prohibiting him from standing up and walking the best

Also, poultry vitamins with electrolytes and probiotics are handy to have, and once a week I would give all the ducklings that.

Longer term, yes - for right away, the gel or savachick. And TLC, and a few lullabies. Seriously, that's what I did when I thought little Elfie might be fading out on me during their second week. Held her, got her to drink some poultry vitamins with electrolytes and probiotics (which was what I had). They had had gro-gel earlier in the week.
