thanks destinduck and THi. I wish I would have had my camera out this morning, I let them out when I built them a lean to in the run, the pond was frozen solid, their little faces when they realized there was no water to be had. should have put some skates on them.

I am loving these winter duckie pics. Out here in Australia have had a few really hot days already - so I have been filling the pools twice a day and spraying them down with the hose. I never get snow at all here- so seeing all your pics is just so wonderful. I feel sorry for their little feet though... I can imagine how cold they must be at times wandering around on the snow.

Well being in 'the south' means that we don't normally get a lot of snow. We do get ice and freezing rain, but snow is kind of lacking (fine by me

). But here's a couple pics that at least have snow in them, though I think there's more mud than anything
