Ok feed questions

Right now I am feeding my chickens and chickens all flock raiser ( 18% protein) There is a feeder with oyster shell for the ladies that are laying. I have 6 hens at a year old and 4 pullets about 12 weeks. When they are all laying what is the proper feed to feed them. They get out of the coop for a few hours a day to forage and I toss them some scraps here and there. But for egg production what should I be doing?
