Ok have a new sick chicken, need some pro help

I have a buff orp thas 8-9 months old. Have 12 total. One of the hens for 2-3 days just seemed to kind of lay atound. She would get up and go out when i let them but after few minuges would be laying around. So yesterday i grabbed her and she has no meat on her, its gone just skin and bones. Im not exagerating when i say it. Gut cavity, breAst and all are just caved in feeling. I seperatef her to a pen of her own. Any one seen this before, or know what it is? Thanks

Is she eating? She may have a high parasite load or she may have ingested something that has blocked her digestive tract.

Since i seperatef her she is eating very little. I gave a dose of corrid in case its parasite

Shes still making it, looks slightlly better today. Her poop is nothing but water but she is wating some
