I purchased these birds. This one was a freebe as she said she was limping. Just got a good look at them. What the heck is going on!!! I can't believe the shape her feet are in. I'm so mad.

Is this scaley leg mites? If so how do I take care of them?

It looks like it might be. I am no expert, but I would suggest a warm bath, and then slathering her legs and feet in vasoline. It should help suffocate the mites. I'm hoping that you get more responses, as there might be more going on.

I think you're right about the scaly leg mites.
The dark build-ups on her toes, I think, are dirt and debris that wasn't cleaned off naturally. Our bantams with feathered feet sometimes get them. If they've been there long enough to build up like that, then you should be VERY careful about removing them. I think this sort of thing happened to our rooster. He got a build-up on his toe, and I didn't know what it was. I left it for too long and his toe became infected. He lost the tip of his toe; it looked like it just rotted off.
My suggestion would be to soak the feet in warm water to try to soften up the dirt. You may have to wrap any infections or wounds. I usually use triple antibiotic ointment and a cotton ball and wrap it all with sport wrap. After that, slather her legs and feet in Vaseline. It may help to just wrap both her feet completely to make sure that the bandages don't come off.
You may want to clip her toenails back a little bit, too, they could cause more problems.
Hope she's OK!

Ugh! I read up on scaley leg mites. what do you do for bumble feet. I have these birds in a seperate coop. So I'll have to check them all over. 8 Total and one is broody.

Just use the search function and type in bumblefoot. There is a TON of information on it. Long and short, it depends on how bad the bumblefoot is. You have to remove the affected area, clean and treat with antibacterial salve and bandage.

Ok I washed her in dawn and tried to scrub her feet some. Then I soaked her for a minute in Nolvasan and water. The I put a mixture of mineral oil and vick's on her legs. Should I cut the extra stuff off her feet? Is it ok to trim her nails?

Here's pics of bird #2. She looks strange around her head. She's also seems very skinny and her comb is pale. See pics. She definetly has scaley leg mites too but they don't seem as bad. Her beak seems long too.
