I would candle them first.  Carefully.  If there is dark stuff that sloshes around in there, carefully throw it as far away as you can.  Then if there is a chance that they are fertile, you can see if they started developing.  If you plan to eat them, I would candle again a few days later to look for blood rings from any in the early stages of development.  Eggs for my personal use aren't always refrigerated, and I have had them sitting on a counter for over a week at times.  I wash them right before use and do a float test while I am at it.
