petunia my barred rock laid her first egg sunday. no egg yesterday but today we have another egg. i love raising chickens!!!! also i havent heard her cackel the news of her egg, why?
 
Congrats on the eggs! The egg song doesn't always happen. Some breeds are just more vocal than other breeds.
