Ok, I'm really confused. Please let me know what you think.

are you sure they are seven weeks? My chicks are seven weeks and appear to be much bigger and are fully feathered. Just curious, as I know some breeds may mature more slowly than others..

They look like pullets to me... Maisy might just be a smaller bird. I have a lavander orp that is laying and is a tiny thing for an orp. Lays a nice big egg but is about 1/2 the size of my other orp.

Thanks for taking the time to look everyone!!!

KristaBeth and featherz: They may be younger. This is my first experience with young chickens and we bought them from a store.

angelique_redhead and monita: Thank you for mentioning the comb. I wasn't sure when they typically start tinting in roos. It looks like they may be three pullets!!! Yay!

19hhbelgian: She is a tiny little thing. The others dwarf her. Does your Lavender Orp have any trouble laying because of her size?

I think you have all hens. My BOs are downstairs right now and I can hear then chirping. They're two weeks old and one has big comb developpment and red wattles already. So, I think yours are girls. I'll post Ace after so you can see the difference. But you know, all chickens are different!
