OK ... lets have an EGG COUNT

All of my hens are less than 10 months old with most hatching in May. I've got 22 and I getting 10 eggs most days. With the weather as cold as it has been I'm thrilled to be getting this many.

With the artic blast we are getting around 8 egss a day.

The arctic blast brought only 7 eggs yesterday, the lowest since they started laying back in October!

eight layers and about 9-11 eggs a day in NC it is cold!!! not as cold as some im sure but cold to me.

I have 9 girls which are just now getting to laying age, and one has started squatting today - whenever I reach over to pet her! I have gotten one egg each day for the last 4 days!!! I'm so excited - my first egg was last Monday, then nothing on Tuesday, and one each day after that - I hope to get one today too!

*** Oh yeah... and it's been crazy cold here!

6 so far from mine, my biggest day thus far has been 9. I think they are done for the day, since I know there are 2 or 3 birds that lay once every 2 days!
