OK I'll admit - I remember how cold the KY felt on hands if you got some on you. We used it at the vet clinic on thermometers for pets. I used to cringe a bit when I thought about the poor kitties and dogs and that cold KY. (But better with than without!)

So when I posted this, I had a flashback-cringe.

And I thought, I **actually** thought, what about the new "warming KY"? Then I saw their advertisements in my head.

They never thought of this angle, did they?

I put him in a crate with a coated wire vinyl floor........ och. but better than wire by itself. Hope this helps him stay clean and he has easy access to food and water. I'll try the KY. Boy, I've fixed many injuries but this beats all... hands down.

When I was in high school my grandad had a male pekin whose wanker followed him where ever he went. He said it was do to him getting stuck in a hen and her running off.. I always felt so bad for him in the winter.
