I think i will wait on the younger ones ...but need the space for my hens so will butcher the 3 bigger ones they are almost 5 months not sure why not crowing yet

But they require space to live during that time, and food to eat, and someone must have enough time to butcher them on a different day.
Sometimes the extra meat from each individual bird just isn't worth it.
