OK, new birds in the freezer...now how do I eat them?!?

You can always roast them withthe breast down in the pan. That way the juices go into the breast meat and its delicious. I roast allmy chooks this way. I learnt it from some cooking show/mag years ago. Im not at the point where I have meat birds yet but I do always buy free range birds for roasting because they are nicer tasting.
