ok not understanding how to post in the BST section

Hello ok im just not gettin it how do i post in the BST section to show that i agree to the terms...i am not seeing where i can do that am i really this dumb? lol

It states
To Accept / Agree To The Rules:
By posting in our BST section you are acknowledging that you've read the rules. No other steps are needed.


Once you have read through that post, and it might be a good idea to see any related forum rules here, and you post in BST, you have in effect agreed to the rules.
