I would definately get her to the vet as soon as possible for testing, vaccinations and a pediatric spay/neuter. The vet can also recommend a flea preventative, groom/bathe it and trim it's nails.
I would then get her on a high quality canned cat food such as Innova Evo, Evangers, Fromm, Wellness (Core only, not the original), Solid Gold, Feladie, etc. Also, make sure she has a nice, non-clay based litter. Young kittens and recent spays don't do well with clay litter.
