what ever happened to this darn thread?! when i first joined there were plunty of good contests and things to talk about. now it is downright BORING! i try and make new threads but no one ever seams to reply. i sure hope this changes soon.

Actually, I think there are better contests now then ever.

In the time when there were a lot of contest, most of them were, well, hmmmm...

I thought you had to have mod or admin approval prior to starting any contest? Is that true? Mods? Admin?
I have thought of several fun contests, but once saw that someone had started a contest & then for some reason or other they later posted that the constest was cancelled, and you could only start them with approval.

im not a mod but no you dont need approval to start a contest. like for instance, i have a chicken halloween costume contest going which the mods would never approve(because its wacky and noone has entered. ill even take photo shopped pictures guys come on!
