ok so my chicken ate a rubber band...

i had it on my rubber band on my wrist and the chicken took it from me and started running around with it! then she ATE IT!! do you think she will be okay??

Wow don't really know what to say. I have seen and heard of chickens eating some pretty weird things so I am going to say it will probably just pass. If they can eat styrofoam and make it I can't see why a rubber band would be much different. Maybe someone else will chime in soon.

She'll be fine. If they eat glass, nails, and nuts, topped off with styrofoam, a rubber band should be easy.

It will pass, but if it will make you feel better, you can always give her some mineral oil to help it pass

I don't think it will last very long in the gizzard with all those rocks(grit)
