Ok, so what do mille fleur d'uccles chicks look like?

My problem is I have too many different types of birds! I have 3 chicks in one brooder, 1 A&M in one cage, 1 A&M and a button in another cage, the button babies in another brooder. One incubator is not going right now, it's waiting for the ducks or quail, whichever get here first! The other bator has some button eggs from the swap that I think I killed, doesn't look like there is anything in them. But I think the A&M's are gonna be lunch or something. I only have 2 and both are males!

Just my luck. If not then they will go outside in a covered cage with a small light. They should be able to stand it out there. I might just wait till the jumbos hatch, then put them all together. The A&M's are supposed to be big too, so they'll just get some different colors in there!

My coturnix did well down to freezing with an enclosed box and hay to snuggle into.

What kind of temperatures are you seeing right now? How cold do you get when it's at its worst?

Today the temps didn't get over 25, and that's usually about as cold as it gets! So i'm thinking it's gonna be a cold winter. Plus they have been inside since they hatched, so I was thinking they would have to stay in? Or at least have some kind of heat? Plus since they are both males I had to seperate them cause they were fighting, so I'm scared to put them back together. My 'colony' of pharoahs is one male and two females, so they wouldn't be able to go in with them either.

OK, well, in that case I would keep them inside, and separate.

Otherwise you'd probably have to supply each pen with heat. You were actually colder than us today! We've been between 30 and 33°F all day. But the skies are clear, so the temps are going to drop again.
Good luck!

Yeah we got pretty cold today, but it felt better than yesterday, no wind to deal with. Yesterday was FREEZING!! I think it's supposed to 'warm up' to the low 30's sometime next week, but not sure. The bunnies and quail in the barn don't like having their waterers frozen solid!
