I agree with your tiny rant! At least give us a general location such as "southern California" or a nearby town if you don't feel comfortable about giving out your location.

I actually had it as "Hollywood, SC" for a long time. People kept assuming I was in Hollywood, SoCal, which is just a little bit the other way.....

The Other Washington refers to not being in the important Washington (DC). I still get an occasional PM or email asking in what part of DC do I live.

I get uncomfortable with specifics, even towns. Guess i just don't trust the creeps out there.

But I do very much like to see something general. Helps with all kinds of questions. Even "NE US" or just "Canada" is so much better than nothing.
