My chicken has been laying for about a year, on her 100th or so egg. She's feral so not too consistent, or she had a temporary nest that I never found.
Today I noticed this wet spot, which I think is a soft spot where the shell isn't fully formed? My question is if it's still safe to eat this egg, and if so, can I still store it at room temperature? Thanks in advance for looking at this post!
