OK to eat eggs from now dead hen?

My 10 month old black star died last night after wheezing and gaping for about 7 hours. I couldn't see an obstruction or worms and she was otherwise in perfect health. I have more than a dozen eggs in my fridge from her and my other 3. Is it ok to use the eggs when I don't know what she died from or should I dispose of them?

If cook all the way I do not see a problem. But maybe other have more insight.
