It would probably be okay, but if it has garlic or onion your eggs might taste funny. I'd recommend checking what's in it. I give my chickens cinnamon toast bread so I think it would be just fine. If i were a chicken i WOULD NOT EAT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some fruitcakes are or have been soaked in alcohol. You might want to check to see if the one you have has alcohol (Brandy?) on the ingredient list. No booze for the chickies! lol
