My purple and yellow climbing beans are at their end of season, is it ok to let chickens forage around and clear that garden bed for me if no more beans are growing? Or are the leaves / vines or ground toxic too?

Yes, absolutely! My garden is surrounded by a 6' fence and, after each growing season, I remove a section to give them access. They glean leftover veggies and greenery, eradicate bugs and leave poop to turn in for the next planting.
Thanks! I usually do allow my chickens to tidy up and turn over my garden beds but just wasn't sure on the beans. They love it!!!
