Ok why are they so skittish?

OMGosh that soon, Im in trouble lol , I cant let that happen my cat would LOVE to play with them

Ok so I have like as little as 3 or 4 days to get something to cover it up

I cant wait till my buttons hatch , I hope I get at least 2 to hatch 3 eggs are cracked but one of these that hatched was cracked pretty bad and he isnt any diffrent then the other chicks.
Ok who started me on quail its all youre fualt...

a simple blanket, towel, scrap hardware cloth or anything would suffice as a brooder cover

My Corturnix were SOOOOOO sweet they were like dogs.....I got mine from the hatching exibit at the state fair......so they saw LOTS of people......

LOL it was you and purple chicken and that contest , I won 24 eggs , sevreal were cracked and then some were clear a couple died early and only 8 of 12 babies hatched .

Monarc, AHappyChick gave me an A&M roo and a regular brown roo too.
Plus I've got 7 3 week olds in the kitchen. I may have a flock again soon.
