Okay all you law breakers, how many pets are you over the limit???

Depends on where you are. A lot of places consider it "your" animal if you feed it or provide any other care for either 24 or 48 hours. You can be legally held responsible at that point if it bites someone and can be held responsible for quarantine & medical costs...

Some places call this "harboring" an animal & put it under the same class as owning an animal, including applying toward pet limits.

We are allowed 130 small fowl and 8 large animals. We are nowhere near our limit, except with the large ones. 2 horses, 2 goats, 3 dogs and a cat.

No idea. My neighbor had 17 dogs and that was apparently okay, so I am not too concerned. I had a horse in my yard for a while and nobody cared. Nobody seemed to know if it was legal or not........the only part not being legal would have been maybe space restrictions. My neighbors have sheep, pigs, donkeys, horses, cows, BULLS and goats. I have the only ducks, but a few have chickens (mostly people I've given chickens to, ha ha ha).

After my neighbors dog got out and killed another dog that was tied in its own yard.....and animal control said it was a civil dispute because the dog went home afterwards, I just don't really care what they think now.

No tresspassing sign, here I come.

I am allowed 7 more hens. Cant wait till spring!!!

Now the real question is this. I am allowed 24 chickens per 2 acres. I own two 2 acre lots. So does that mean I can actually have 7+ 24 more??

I don't want to push it. But I wonder about that......
