Okay all you Silkie Lovers. New pics of Fluff in various colors

I LOVE THEM!
what color is that?
and the ones you get at a hatchery like ideal will they be bearded and stuff like yours? or all silkies bearded? because I just ordered 4 white silkies, 4 red silkies, and some sebrights.

I have never ordered silkies from a hatchery but I believe most of the time you a get a mixture of bearded and nonbearded. The first pictures is buffs. If you like the bearded and heavy foot feathering and really nice crest I would reccomend getting some from a silkie breeder who is striving for the standard of Perfection. All silkies are pretty sweet though.
My DH loves to watch the silkies free range. He, who didn't think he would like the fluffy things really does love them.

You know, when I asked you for silkie eggs I was just asking for my 6 year old daughter. But Wilson has totally won a a place in our hearts! She has such a wonderful personality, and her fluffy bum is just toooooo cute!

Absolutely beautiful!
Mine are barely 3 months old and are just the light of our lives. They are such Mommie's babies. I just don't understand how they took to spoiling like they did!

I love the buffs the best but have only gotten 2. The rest are blues and maybe partridge. Maybe a splash but I am not as good with Silkie colors yet and they need to get their big bird colors in before I would really be able to guess.
Silkies are just too cool.

Aww...They are so pretty. Do you ever sell eggs? I have been wanting black ones for a long time...I ordered 3 from MMM and they sent 2 and a replacement. One died within the first 24hrs of arrival for some reason and the other the next day. So no blacks in my flock.

Thank you for your compliments. I do show. I will be showing 2 of the buffs in OCt unless they molt on me. I will show several of the whites and a couple of the blacks. I have three blues I want to show also. Everything depends on time moulting.
I do sell eggs when they are available. I don't have any of the blacks to sell. I haven't had a fertile egg since last year when I lost my main show birds. I bought another black cock that turned out blind so now I am waiting on these two black cockerels that I hathced from my show birds to start breeding. They have been a bit slow. They are around 8 months old. Hopefully soon. I don't have any blues right now either as they are nearly all broody and the one white pen the same way. The only ones I am getting eggs from right now are splash pen and White pen # 2. I have not hatched any myself from white pen # 2 so I can't be sure what they will do. All birds in the pen are show or breeder quality.
