Okay all you Silkie Lovers. New pics of Fluff in various colors

Julie, any thoughts on developing your own Lavender Silkies? They would be beautiful and your beautiful black flock would be so nice as the foundation flock.

I have thought about it but just working to improve the colors I have and working on the Orps projects. It's a hobby so my time is limited and funds.

Those guys are cute!

I just love looking at all these pictures of silkies.

I bought one silkie when I was buying all my others this spring. It turns out that the silkie is the only roo in the group.

He's been trying to mount everything that moves the past couple weeks (they are all 17 weeks old). Most of the girls haven't been cooperating though

Here's a pic of him a couple weeks ago. I guess he's considered a partridge silkie.

Here's a couple pictures I took this morning. Wow, I sure can tell a difference in his comb development since the last pictures.

He has definitely acted more like a roo lately. He often stands a little ways away from the hens, standing tall and looking around, as if he's on "watch" duty.

And to think he was picked on so much when he was just a little guy by all those mean girls, LOL.

I love the white pullet. Could I be put on your list for hatching eggs next spring? I would like to hatch some of these cutie pies out!
