Okay, few more questions....

Feel her abdomen below the vent, and lift her. If she is featherweight compared to what she usually is, or her abdomen is drawn up and tight, then she is not in good shape.

If her abdomen is soft and plump, with no hard lumps, then she is not egg bound.

If her weight is good, but her abdomen seems hard or feels lumpy, she may be egg bound.

I just checked her. She felt lighter than normal....felt her breast bone I think. Didn't feel any lumps or bumps. I put food down in front of her and she started eating. So maybe she isn't gonna make it. :(

OKay, just went and fed them and gather eggs...she (the one that's been laying down and not walking) had laid an egg. I tried to see if she could stand any better and she seemed to be able to...just a little wobbly. She's still eating as well. COuld that mean she's getting better? Could she have another egg inside?

Well it's been 3 days and my hen is still alive. She's still eating and drinking but can't walk. She moves around. But her right foot is her problem..she tries to walk but her right foot curls up. The other chickens were picking on her--pecking her head and the rooster would stomp on her, so I finally brought her in and put her in the brooder hubby made, so she can maybe heal and get better in peace and have the food and water she needs. Oh and she hasn't laid any more eggs since the one two days ago.

If it was me, I would probably put her out of her misery. Usually if mine are going to perk up they do it in the first 48 hours. I didn't realize you still had her in with the chickens, I always have to remove injured ones because my chickens would peck them to death. I haven't seen them get better after so long.

Sorry, I was hoping she would snap out of it for you. Lots of hugs.

I didn't think of taking her out because I thought she'd end up dying and I've been saving up eggs to incubate and wasn't sure how long she'd be like this.
