Okay, here we go again, piping for over a day and still not here

Okay two of our eight hatch early early saturday morning, somewhere before 10 am, not we have one more who has been piped since early yesterday also, we though he/she would have been here over night but nothing yet. We can here it chirping inside, should we help it out or let it go longer? We don't want to hurt it but we don't want it to die trying either.
