Okay, my mystery tiny rooster...

So this is my (what i believe to be rooster) Penguin:



He is small compared to the other chicks that we have. Its my first time with chickens and I was not sure if anyone could identify what he is. I have included a picture where he is around the other chickens for size comparison.

Oh he is just adorable!!!

He reminds me of a silver birchen OEGB but he has yellow legs. I don't know what he is but I love him!
