Okay - Used the empty eggs for condiments (picture)

Another poster here gave me the idea to use the empty eggs for condiments that someone could sprinkle on their eggs!

So I did that today - and blogged it here:

SHUG!!!!!!! YOU DID IT!!!!!!!!! It looks wonderful! I am going to tell my little bro. He is a chef at one of our nicer resturants in town here in Durango, Colo. I am going to be pushing quail in Durango's "sustainable living, eat local" in resturants. The school district recently went with using only the grass fed beef from one of the local ranches, so we are making progress here in the mountains... What you do, by blogging and sharing like this, shows others it can be done and beautifully.

That turned out real nice. It looks so clean the way you did it.

Thanks for doing that, and for taking the time to show it. You are an extremely driven person. I admire you.

Rainwolf that is perfect. Perfect timing too. The 5 yr old and I were going to start some corn and pumkins inside soon . That will be a good project to share at school.
