Hi all! I'll keep this introduction short and sweet 
me and my husband live in a small town in Oklahoma out in the country. Back in April we bought 4 barred rock chicks and four brown leghorn chicks all pullets ...at the time they were three weeks old.
Then when those were around 8 weeks old I had the wise idea of buying three Americauna day old chicks lol!! Right now, our older chickens have their own coop and the three Americaunas have their own little apartment coop because when we went to put the younger americaunas in with them they got beat up relentlessly
and in the past week or two we have come to the realization that one of our Americaunas pullets is indeed a rooster lol...
