***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Don't know of any rehabbers, Good luck! looks like you're the "momma now"

check with these folks- http://www.wildheartranch.org/
they
should be able to connect you with someone-- until then, get some kitten or puppy formula, that should tide him over

There is a place outside of Noble (south / east of Norman) called Wild Care. They take in animals, rehab them then release if appropriate. If you're going to come into the OKC area anyway tomorrow, you might give them a call. They will meet you at the OKC Animal Shelter if you're not able to take the animal directly to them. Ive taken injured animals and birds there before. Just a thought.

Thanks I emailed them. I planned on getting some dogs milk tomorrow. Unless walmart carries it -- think might have seen it there- I could go tonight.

Have a friend that has flying squirrels wonder if the fluid squirrels would accept it--- don't imagine it would want to live in a pouch though!

Barnswallow - that house looks like it belongs in a magazine! How pretty! I especially love the old homes and hope to have one myself one day. I wish you the best in your new place.

Barnswallow - The photos of the house are wonderful. They way you described the owners and your instant connection makes me think this is the place for you.

A Rehabber in Lawton is going to take the squirrel. Dh is going to take it in to work with him tomorrow & they are going to meet up. put some old clothes in a box for him to have something soft to snuggle in. He seems to like it

Here are some pics from my phone.

That's a thought. Hmmm... Don't imagine it would hurt, and may even help.

I was thinking that it might work on carpet, too. Currently I use OxyClean when I clean the carpets and it does a pretty good job cleaning, so maybe the Oxine would disinfect.

I will be selling some oreintal gamefowl at blanchard sat. I need to down size and try to make a little money for my deductable on my truck at the body shop. The way the auctions have been it will probably be more like giving them away. If that the case and your lookin for good oreintals best be there and be bidding. If they go for nothing i will just eat them next time i need to downsize. Guy
