I have seen them used as tops on round pens also and they are great for that!!! Like the pool idea too!!!! OR you could make you a little gazeebo to set under and watch your chickens play!!! LOL Lynn

Teach and all other Pigeon people on here!!!! Dakota has decided to try to get a summer job and he doesn't want the responsibility of taking care of his pigeons any more so he has decided to sell all his Racing Homers, there are 13 birds in total, most are paired up but some are young birds, all are in good health and a variety of colors from reds, blues, splashes and multicolored patterns. He is asking $5 each on them and would like to sell them all together if possible!!! He has some financial obligations he needs to take care of with the money so would like to move them asap!!!! Well I have put it off long enough, I need to get out there and unload a trailer load of pallets an get some pens going to put more young chickens out in, will be back on later!!! Lynn

since flies love damp feed, that would work- i used a milkjug, we'll see how it works- i have raised meal worms, they are so simple to raise, a plastic bin, cornmeal, oatmeal etc for bedding, toss them in, toss in some tissue paper, they love potatoes, carrots apple cores etc- and you are good to o...

All water's cleaned & bleached. Everyone is fed now to go see what I can do about the Cochin coop.


Robin, the baby we were talking about didn't make it through the night. Not sure what happened since he was in the coop with the momma but it might of been for the best.
