Was someone still looking for a silkie hen? Jaxon is bringing one to sell. Of course, he wants to turn around and buy silkie chicks if any are available.

He is the one deciding how many cages we will bring this year. He has "earned" money and is ready to spend it.

How much does he want for it? How old is she and what color?

I was about to respond to someone about something and the power went off here, I called the power company and they wouldn't take my call... didn't know how long it would be off so drove all the way to town for gas for the generator (of course I didn't have any) and the power was back on when I got home, I have chicks still hatching and an incubator full of eggs I should have been more prepared LOL well it's late still have to make that tea and call it a night, See you all tomorrow... POOPS in T minus 8 hours and 15 minutes....

Monty, hollar if you think of anything else that is needed in the morning. I will send DH to find it since he doesn't plan to come with us. My vehicle won't be as full as it has in past years - I am only bring one bird to sell and 4 cages in case we find something that needs to come live at our house.

Thanks i Hope we are good. I don't think I have forgotten anything. We will need to make an ice run at some point in the morning.

wrong - it just doesn't have as many cages as in previous years. It is still plenty full now that it is loaded. I will however have room for Jaxon to ride without having to carry something on his lap - unlike in previous years.

NanaKat - when I started gathering things for the raffle, I had more than I realized. I am bringing some extra paper lunch sacks for dropping in tickets - in case I am not the only one who didn't mention raffle items to you earlier but show up with some.

Wow...trying to catch u on 160 posts since my last visit.....
cages are partially filled with what's coming with me to poops..
raffle stuff is already loaded and the rose bushes will be in then the birds. Ice chest goes in last since I'll stop for ice for the potato salad to sty cole. Will get several bags so we will have some for pop.

If you are coming from the city and want to take 23rd street...Harper street is the one at the stop sign just past Mazzio's. The bank is on the corner. MIL says it is a nice location and easy to find.
