funny!

My husband's cat, Nigel, is a cream/light orange. He is a very mellow fellow except he does like to complain if he doesn't get enough attention
Well, I want an orange cat that isn't crazy! I think they're beautiful cats, but have never been around one that wouldn't just as soon attack you as look at you. I better not get one though. My husband hates cats and we already have two.

awww what a cutie! He's a long hair, long hair cancels out most crazy :) He's beautiful!! The only problem I ever had with a long hair orange tabby (one that I pulled from a shelter to place, didn't keep) is he just decided one day he needed to pee on my bed while I was in it, not just on my bed, but on ME in my bed ??? Other than that a perfect, sweet cat.

We had a pretty orange tabby. He was a lover. A lap sitter and just loved men. Not women so much. Did you know that almost all orange cats are male. My ex got him in the big D. *sniff*

Well the count down is on ! I gathered up all my lpants I had potted up and put them near the truck to get loaded. I hope to get a bunch set out at the new palce, altho I am worried it may be to dry for new plants if no one is there to keep them watered.I may just have to take some of them to the meetup and give them away!
cowboy looks like your birds are going to have two sets of babys. I don'rt have anything the same size I can pawn them off to!
Sure going to nice to see everyone again and meet some of you new ones. I think we are going to try and get there early because we have to head back earlier than planned so my niece can go to work. Hope everyone gets to come that has planned on it.

MJ, this little Cochin boy has already got tons of green in his feathers and they're not even grown out yet. He truly is beautiful. If I could find a couple Lavenders & Mille Fleur pullets I want to make him his own yard with some fluffy-butted Bantam Cochin girls, not to breed them but just to admire them. That's what we do a lot of around here-wander around looking at the different chickens and discussing what cool chickens we have. Hey-after 24 yrs of marriage you run out of things to do

. I want them to be built like him and with his kind of full feathering. He's so cool with his huge fluffy back-end waddling around. I can only imagine how awesome he's going to look when he's feathered in. Sometime in the near future will you have any Mille Fleur & Lavender or Calico pullets available that you're not planning to use for breeding? I'd love to buy some for him. Since he came from you, I'd feel safe putting him in with pullets from you. Like I said-I really think it was something they were all exposed to at the auction because I lost other chicks I'd bought that same night also.
.
We walk around our yard and sit in the coops for fun around here too!
I will have Calicos for you really soon. The Lavenders and Mille Fleurs will take longer to part with, got to watch them grow out before I decide which I will breed. I have a terrible problem

of too many pretty, pretty Calicos in this season's hatches. They have some of the flashiest patterns but are not what the Mille Feurs are supposed to look like. I had several hatch with white down and I would kind of like to keep breeding them but I don't have more room or time and I want to breed the Lavenders and Mille Feurs more.
