Yes I was just joking about not posting pictures of peafowl. Because I REALLY don't need anymore peafowl.

Cathie I am shocked you are still successfully hatching guineas. I am rarely finding any eggs the past 2 months. I hatched some late last fall & they didn't grow like the spring guineas. They stayed small & I lost many of them, guineas are very fragile to the cold when they little. The ones you keep with the momma should do better than the ones I tried to raise under lights last yr. I am sure you should be able to find homes for the others!!!!

We were just talking yesterday about moving things around to bring the incubators back inside. I am not ready to go back to hatching.

Well these were raised with momma for 2 weeks and then dh swiped the eggs and put them in the incubator. Now they are hatching! They seem to be doing better than my spring hatches go figure!

We are hatching pullets for next spring I just need to find someone that wants roo chicks.

Boy did i get hit hard by the chicken math order 6 got 7 lost 6 took wife to an auction turned my back she bought 5 roosters and 3 hens that dont lay rehomed the roosters bought 4 cinnom. Queen and 3 rir/ production reds that are all just starting to lay then went to atwoods and got 2 BR 2 barred cochin 2 silkies 1 peafowl...

The hard drive went out on my laptop today and I lost a ton of pictures and apps I'd downloaded. I've got 3/4 of the pictures stored on my google drive but it still sucks. I did find a 500 gb on Amazon for $70, that's pretty good. My husband doesn't even feel sorry for me! He says the 3 tablets, netbook and desktop computers should keep me busy til the new hard drive gets here

Gary got me a slave drive for all my pics just for that reason, no matter what happens to my drive all my pics are safely in the slave drive.
