***OKIES in the BYC III ***

Donnie could you drive any of the way to get NN rooster? I'm about 3 hours from you might could meet you somewhere or maybe someone is closer & can come get him for you? He needs a good home here I have only a small coop for him & I want him to be able to runn around with hens.
robin mentioned something on fb for a chicken train to help transport if someone is coming this way

Thanks Donnie and Kass. I knew there was something about the lethal part just couldn't remember what it was. I wonder if the 25 percent part is less if you go tailed to rumpless or if that would make any difference. Mine are not tufted so I guess that means they are poor quality or crossed. But they are cute and different anyway.
Joe that was a good turnout! Glad it worked out for you. Is this going to be an annual thing? I know you put a lot of work in into it ,I'm sure it was greatly appreciated by all.

i would so take that nn roo and give him a home with some girls if i was able to pick him up , unless there is a chicken train coming this way lol ...

on the goats , its weird not all fainting goats will faint , i thought was crazy , and some faint more than others , this buck doesnt faint but his mother did alot , the doe she faints but has been roped by little boys and played with as a pet so much its not often unless you can actually spooke her lol , the back door was open and wind blew it against trailer and it caught her off guard , and she jumped and fainted and the way she landed i thought she killed herself cause i couldnt see her head , she was just laying there jerking lol , but she got up , you can stomp at her or chase her and can tell she gets stiff but actually doesnt fall over ...so if you want them to faint alot dont baby them like pets and dont do it too much or they will stop fainting as much lol .... lessoned learned

no doodle that doesnt mean poor quality , as too even if you breed tufted birds your not always going to get tufted birds out of them , some will still be clean faced so your fine , with yours being clean you should have less of a mortality rate in the shell tho so that is a big plus but you should also still hatch some chicks with atleast one tuft which is good still
