If your dog has not been on heartworm meds already they will need to be tested first. I don't remember the particulars just that it is dangerous to give HW meds if they already have them. I never have problems w/ any of the
'vet" flea meds, but those you get from the store (not online vet meds) have never worked for me

i think it is because if you give the the meds and the worms all die at the same time it will clog up the heart. but not 100% sure

P.O.O.P.S was 2 1/2 months ago, and thats a long time to wait for a check. i dont remember her name. but i have the number to the girl that sends out the checks. and i have been nice and very patient. I talk to her about every week about it.

Poops was May 4 (I was there). Today is June 26. June follows right behind May per my calender. Was there more than 1 poops this year?
Not trying to start a fight but don't like to see someone's reputation ruined over exaggerated statements saying you have been waiting 2 1/2 months when next Thursday it will just be 2 months then. I understand your frustration and they are taking too long to give you your check.

My bad your right. I was thinking this was July for some reason. I guess bc I have been working 7 days a week for a while.And if you are not trying to start a fight why are you making so many snide comments? This will be the 8th week as of this weekend. My frustration not only comes from how long its taking but also how many times I have been told its in the mail.

My poor black EE pullet isn't looking any better, today was day 4 of Tylan shot, 1/2 CC in the breast muscle. She did attempt to open her eye this morning. It looks like more than swelling around the eye, the actual eyeball is inflamed. I am worried that if she recovers she will be blind in that eye. I will try to get a picture later today to show. I thought I had some tetracycline powder but it was bad (hard in the bag from humidity) so I've had to stick with Gallimycin. I started yesterday rubbing some triple antibiotic ointment in and around her eye, twice yesterday and once so far today. I don't know what else to try, I will try to get out today to get some Tetracycline powder but I've got 2 kids with Strep since last Friday so it is difficult to get out....

And im not trying to ruin there reputation, judt trying to see if this was a common problem or just a weird isolated event.

We also found out what kind they are and when a tick bites them it gets rid of the Lyme disease in the tick and further generations.
