Afternoon - Anyone know the secret to sexing Silkies? I keep hearing that they can fool you up until the day they lay eggs or crow. I hatched this little fluff ball with some RIR a couple weeks ago. The eggs were an impulse purchase, and the silkie egg came as an extra. It's hard to get used to the black skin. Anyone want to guess if it's a pullet? I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I can use a good broodie.
