That would work good as a day pen cover to keep any hawks from your chickens. I wish I could cover my whole yard with some.
I'd still lock them away at night though. A coon could climb to the top and tare through it to get in.

(Been there - done that).

Just went out to give the chickens some dubias and take a few pics and found out bad news. Aurdra is a boy! That means of my 8 chicks one I have 1 NN female and 1 EE female.

I have a silver bantam frizzle silkie rooster that needs a home. Unfortunately he is not show quality, but he is very pretty I think. And not a meat bird. He and his brother no longer get along. I don't want to get rid of him but I also don't want them to hurt each other. Please, he needs a good home. I'm in the Bridge Creek area.
