Very pretty. The color pattern reminds me of a snow topped mountain. I think I would have to name him Fuji, as in Mt Fugi

Parts of Illinois sustained damage from11 tornadoes that hit the state. Areas around Peoria and Washington were hardest hit with several neighborhoods flattened. Thoughts and prayers go out to those folks.

Roger took care of the chickens and dogs last night while I babysat the two little grandsons in Edmond.
He said the chickens went in to their coops just fine and all he had to do was shut the gates and put up the screens. Then once settled in his recliner in the den....the dogs leapt toward the window and started barking at something in the driveway. He looked out and thought he saw a huge white cat creeping up the drive. He went outside to make sure there was not a chicken still out. When he approached the cat to scare it off, he realized it was a huge.....white rabbit with grey on it's face and neck..biggest rabbit he has ever seen. It took off like a shot towards the back of the barn and the hay bales.
Guess I'm going to have to try to trap it before a coyote gets it. May be someone's pet or meat rabbit from how he described the size.

I took some pictures to post on the LF Cochin thread of the breeders for this year. Big Blue will get the Iowa hens and Delilah again this year. The Black will get his Black niece and the two White hens Annabelle and Carmen. Haven't decided how I will pair High Stepper this year.

That is horrible. I just turned on the news but so far they either haven't said anything about it, or it was already on before I turned it on.
