Marybeth that was Chuck(BigOkie) that is headed to Mary's, I am going to try to get some jellies made up this summer, and some pickles and relish also, will holler when I have some and let everyone know, then maybe we can do a meet up somewhere and have a jelly,pickle,relish drop!!!! LOL Lynn

Morning everyone, I slept in, was awakened by the little princess at 6am!!! With a "Happy Fathers' Day Daddy" and a gift she wrapped for me!!! She can be so sweet at times!!!! Laid in bed and cat knapped till 7:30am, Dakota did morning chores, Jessie fixed me breakfast, I watched some Looney Toons(the new one are too cool!!) and downloaded the new version of Google Chrome and updated my yahoo account, computer still runs slow and it already booted me once this morning, checkin mail and replyin to emails, just takin it easy today, kinda over did it yesterday morning out loading tin, got dizzy a couple times and threw up one but had to get the load in to the recycler by 11am, a PB and Honey sandwich and a Power aid and I was good to go, took it easy after that till about 4pm and did chores and scrapped out some ac units!!! I need to get out and load a load today but will put it off till later, I am still tired from yesterday, old age is slippin up on me I think, my daughter and oldest son called and wished me Happy Father's day and the Oldest Son is takin me to lunch at Sirloin Stockade!!! Think I'll play on the puter and pester Jessie for a while!!! Have a great day all!!! Lynn

Hi guys! Happy Fathers day! got up it was already 86 at 9:30 yuk!! Goose decided to mutiny, and went through the plants to get out of the pen

so he spent his morning wandering happily, fixed the fence after moving tomatoes and cukes, expanded the duck run quite a bit, then he decides i want back in!

silly goose! corals EE's are blending into the flock pretty well, a few feathers missing but overall, they seem to be getting along- have a good day and stay cool!

The crows won't deter a really hungry hawk during mating / chick rearing season. I feed the crows corn all winter and keep them around and they'll run the hawks off almost all the time, but every May I get three or four of the suckers circling and the crows have to get in big groups of five or six to harass a hawk and drive it off. Usually while they're doing that, the other hawk takes the opportunity to make a dive.
