How many more birds could I fit into my exsisting flock ? Hmmmmm, Hubby says "NOT ANY MORE" ! LOL, little does he know.
Currently I have about 70 birds..
An incubator that is due to hatch this weekend.
Out of the 70 I have about 50 welsummers, 8 easter eggers, the rest are welsummer x easter egger. (I thought they were ameracaunas, but after reading post on here I realise they don't meet the standard, so they must be easter eggers).
I would like to have some Jersey giants.
An addition to the coop is planned for this fall when it cools of and we get some more rain, so that we can dig the post holes.
So I have been thinking, a bigger coop = more chickens.

Sounds like you are in exactly the right place to find what you want to increase your flock

Depending on where the break is you might try this: I saw a guy use popsycle sticks, cotton and stretch bandage wrap to splint a break until it healed on a turkey. The wrap is water proof and the cotton dries out during the day. Took 2 weeks for the leg to set and bird walked great.
