***OKIES in the BYC III ***

We have chicks, 4 so far, I did need to help the one, but the other 3 did it all on their own.. So are 2 light skinned light fluffed, one light fluffed light dark skin and one dark skinned dark fluffed, all from brown eggs (tan) the green eggs haven't started yet.

Nervous tonight, this is Frick's first night out. He has a blue mom, and 3 feathered buddies to cuddle w/ and is wearing a sock. Gary just came in from checking and he was all snuggled in and happy.

It's not MY bird. I think I need to clarify. I just think it's about as unusual as one gets.

If I had to pick three breeds, I'd be hard pressed, to leave this one off the list.

I really like the brooder. I have a 4x8x4 pen that I usually put up and take down every year. What are your dimensions and how many chicks will it hold?

Kass, isn't this beauty one of yours? I'm pretty sure this is where I put most of the irises I got from you. I was expecting purple, but the white-on-purple was a surprise. It's gorgous!

400

@Ironsights,
It is 41"Wx45"Dx18"H I.D. It stands on a platform of 4-4"x4"x2' with 2"x6" support braces. I'm not certain how many it will hold. Right now, there are 45 chicks, and they are nowhere near crowded.

Yes, that one is one of mine. Glad you like it, it is one of my favorites.
