Sure is another hot one here! Been out and pulled all the corn plants up and picked the last of it. Will sort thru and keep the good and feed the nubbins to the chickens and g. pigs. . Now I need to go out an pick tomatoes. Not getting a lot and they aren't very pretty either. But they taste good. Have a guy comming from eastern Tn this morning to pickup some ee bantams. Supposed to bring me an Iceland roo! Who was it that was getting into icelands? I think,greybear and maybe Donnie. Anyone else have any,I'll need a hen or two. Speaking of which,has anyone heard from Donnie? Well goota go back out to the sauna before it gets too bad,be back soon!lol

Any good feed stores around Tulsa? I am in Broken Arrow and there is an Atwood's but I am wondering what other options I have

What do you guys worm your chickens with. I have some stuff I mix with water for large flocks, but hate wasting it on the caged birds. I say waste because it says to mix up what will be drank in a day. All my cage birds have 1/2 gal drinkers and on these hot days I keep them full, not going to just try to guess what they drink in a day. Anyone use a pill or paste wormer. I used zemectrin gold on pigeons before. Just a tiny bit on finger and insert in mouth. Any sugestions. Guy

I found some overgrown cukes and squash in the deepest jungle part of my garden. ( I tend too plant too close, but they look so far apart when I plant) I also have japanese eggplant coming out of my ears (it must like this inferno). I chopped it all up into 1" pieces and chilled it all. The chickens love it, esp. the squash.
Picked just a couple of tomatoes so far and mine aren't pretty either. As usual the tiny one, that came up volunteer, are tollerating the heat best.

I like to alternate between Wazine and Ivermectin. I like the Ivermectin Pour on but you can also use the injectable or oral. the Ivermectin also helps resolve most external parasites and little goes a long ways.​
